• Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

2. You will receive instructions for returning your item.
3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will cover the product price only, shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges can be requested for items of equal value.
